Do you make custom glitter mixes?

Absolutely!! Mixing is our passion. If you need something specific, please feel free to contact us via email, and/or through our Facebook (FB) business page.

 

Do you sell your glitter by weight or by volume?

We sell all of our glitter by weight! This does NOT include the container that they are placed in. We always weigh the container and then add the glitter or powder at the weight we have listed. For example, if you buy 2oz of glitter in a small square shaker, your glitter will weigh between 2.7 - 2.8oz when you receive it. That is 2oz plus the weight of the container. Mica powders, however, are .7oz by weight which is 1oz with the jar. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped between 24-72 business hours (weekends and holidays are not included) after payment is completed. This is the standard shipping policy; however, emergencies and delays may arise though rare. If this is the case, you will be notified via email, or you will receive a call from us. 

 

When will I get my order?

Using the email you provided, a tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. Depending on what you ordered, your items will be shipped as follows:
USPS First Class: 1-5 days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days

USPS Ground Shipment: 2-8 days

UPS: Variable, depending on the order and your location. However, it is typically between 2 - 5 days.  

My package was damaged or I did not receive my package; what do I do? 

If your order was shipped with Priority shipping, you are eligible to file a claim with USPS. If your item was shipped via First Class mail, it is not protected by insurance.  If tracking in USPS shows the package was delivered to the address you provided, we will not be able to replace the package for you.  Please be sure to check the address you provided, as that is where your items will be shipped. 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so that we can work on a resolution together.
