Refund policy
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept returns, unless the wrong items were sent to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made if the wrong items were sent to you. In this case a shipping label will be sent to you to return the incorrect products. The correct items will be mailed to you. If the original items are not returned to Black Lotus Glitter and Epoxy within 15 days of purchase, your account will be charged for the unreturned items.
